Tamir is funded primarily by the Ontario Ministry of Children Community and Social Services and all applications for residential or day services supported by the Ministry must be made first through Developmental Services Ontario Eastern Region (DSOER), the central point of access for all provincially funded developmental service supports in the Ottawa area.
