Fundraising Events General Information

Fundraising at Tamir is alive and well! We are very grateful for the community support we receive through our Friendship Drive, our tribute card program and the donations people forward to us through the Ottawa Jewish Community Foundation and other like organizations. Without support from these worthwhile sources, Tamir services just wouldn’t be the same.

We are also incredibly proud of our two signature fundraising events - the Tee Up For Tamir Golf Fun-raiser and the Tamir Bi-Annual Tea. Hugely successful and largely volunteer driven, these events have become tradition here at Tamir and across our community. Over the past 12 years, these two events alone have raised over $400,000 to support Tamir!
